About

FYXXIS is the dark techno project of Belgian producer Jeroen Decorte, built around hypnotic pulse design, archival loop reconstruction and a cinematic AI-driven visual identity.
Rooted in original loop sketches created between 1997 and 2000, FYXXIS reconstructs forgotten digital fragments through modern synthesis, AI-assisted sound design and manual production. What began as early experiments in rhythm, texture and repetition has been transformed into a dark, ritualistic techno universe where past and future collide.
Its sound moves between atmospheric techno, emotional tension and hypnotic club energy, forming a hybrid between underground effectiveness and conceptual storytelling. FYXXIS is not a throwback. It is a circuit reconnected.
FYXXIS

FYXXIS is not a conventional name. It’s a signal, a fracture, a ritual imprint. It’s a word that feels coded, unearthed, and deliberate as if retrieved from a corrupted system file or buried frequency.
🧬 FYX: the Craving:
“FYX” evokes fixation not in the sense of healing or repair, but in the sense of craving. The kind of fix that feeds an obsession. A hit. A loop. A ritual. It’s not about solving. It’s about getting what you need, even if it breaks you.
✖️ XX: the Temptation
The double X is no accident. It represents more than mutation or mystery, it’s the mark of temptation, of the forbidden, the blurred edge between control and surrender. In its sharp symmetry lies a tension: pleasure and danger, ritual and chaos. It’s the kiss and the scar.
The X you can’t resist.
The one you return to… again and again.
🧩 -IS: the State
The ending “-is” affirms existence. FYXXIS isn’t just a name. It’s a condition, a frequency, a loop you’re already part of.
🔻 The Logo: A Ritual Gate
The visual emblem of FYXXIS is a ritual sigil:
a downward-pointing triangle enclosing a circle, pierced by a vertical axis. Each shape is symbolic: Triangle : descent, surrender, the subconscious.Circle : the self, the soul, the loop.Vertical line cuts through, a spine, a signal, a passage. It is not a brand. It is a gate, a geometric invocation that opens the way into the sonic system of FYXXIS.
FYXXIS symbolizes a fractured axis, a point where past and future collide, looping into rebirth. It is not meant to be pronounced cleanly. It is meant to resonate like a frequency that bypasses logic and speaks to the circuitry underneath.
FYXXIS is not a throwback. It is a circuit reconnected.
And Loop//Reborn is the moment it powers on.
Technical Process
The journey behind Loop//Reborn began not in a modern studio, but in a digital archive of old machines and forgotten files. Between 1997 and the early 2000s, a younger Jeroen Decorte produced dozens of loop-based sketches using Ejay software. Primitive, yet intuitive tools that allowed early experimentation with rhythm, texture, and repetition.
In 2025, the archive was reopened. Using modern tools, including AI-driven audio synthesis, advanced mastering plugins, and a curated visual workflow: FYXXIS reanimated these dormant loops. But this wasn’t a remaster. It was a ritualized distortion.
These original compositions, saved as exported audio, remained untouched for years, until they were rediscovered and revived through a hybrid process of manual editing and AI enhancement.
- Some loops were re-aligned, tempo-shifted, or layered into new sequences.
- Select tracks were run through AI audio generators like Suno, to reinterpret melodies or expand sonic ideas.
- The resulting pieces were refined manually, focusing on pulse, contrast, and dynamic build-up, while intentionally preserving the raw texture of the source material.
The final result is not a polished remix, it’s a deliberate transformation.
Loop//Reborn stands as a dialogue between two eras of creation: the impulsive loops of the past, and the controlled distortions of the present.
Rather than concealing its origins, Loop//Reborn celebrates them. The contrast between old-school sequencing and futuristic enhancement is not a flaw, it’s the signature.
